Patriot Business Systems was founded by Donald Ross, a Marine veteran with 7 years of service and over $200 million in military contracts managed. After leaving the military, Donald saw the same problem in every small business he encountered: great operators losing great opportunities to slow follow-up, no systems, and zero automation.
